John Vernon

John Keith Vernon (born Adolphus Raymondus Vernon Agopsowicz) made a distinctive screen villain in such films as Point Blank and Topaz, and is best known for his comically sinister role of Dean Vernon Wormer in National Lampoon's Animal House. It was his 1966 title role in Wojeck, a Canadian TV series based on the career of a Toronto coroner, Dr. Morton Shulman which brought him to the attention of Hollywood producers.
