Safi Eldin, the judge's grandchild, has become a talented archer, and one day he hits a pigeon with a message attached to its leg. His grandfather discovers that the message carries classified information about the kingdom and he begins telling his grandchildren about the reasons for the descent of some verses of the Quran.
