The coexistence problems between the snobbish daughter-in-law, the pampered son and the distrustful mother-in-law will not take long to arise, before the astonished gaze of the chickens...and of Evaristo, the cocky uncle and for many also a bit of a fool. He will try by all means to make everyone fit in Casa Manola, although none of his advice will come to fruition and, what could be a rural paradise, becomes in each episode a "save who can". The rest of the characters in the town have no waste: the owner of the beach bar who rips off the tourists, the "good" girl who goes as a rural hippie and the neighbor who is always on the lookout for the roaring roar that slips out of her tongue at the most delicate moments.
