ER is one of my favourite series (and John Carter one of my favourite characters ever!)
It is full of good stories gorgeous characters and powerful dialogues. Also, I think that every subsequent 'profession series' has something of ER in it.
And of course, if you like medical shows as, for instance Grey's Anatomy or Private Practice, and you haven't seen this one, I highly recommend it to you!

La meilleure des séries médicales que j'ai vu
C'est dommage que les bonnes choses aient une fin, cette série a eu tellement de rebondissements, tellement de morts, de sexe de couples formes qu'il fallait bien suivre dès le début
Une série géniale qui méritait ses 15 saisons

ER, c'est la série qu'il faut voir ! Le tout Hollywood y est passé, les histoires sont parfaitement bien écrites, de nombreuses scènes "choc", et puis un voyage a Chicago, en Afrique, Londres ou Paris a chaque épisode. Toujours vrai, pas de chichis ou d'histoires impossibles (comme Grey's).

ER is the standard that must be seen! The whole Hollywood is past, the stories are very well written, many scenes "shock", and then a trip to Chicago, Africa, London or Paris has every episode. Always true, no frills or impossible stories (like Grey's).

I just love the show, especially the first seasons. John Carter, Dr Greene, Carol and Abby were true stars! I watch Greys Anatomy and I can't help but comparing then. What I see is that ER has more complex characters, better histories, less drama and more real medical cases. I really miss the show!

I love ER every season. I am a huge Grey's and House fan and I recently rewatched ER from the beginning ( moved in January no cable installed DVD's were handy) I was shocked after watching Greys and House just how much I love ER and how fantastic that production,acting,writing team was... I never felt let down and always cried. Also one of the first shows to produce a live airing etc I mean how fantastic ?

Carter com uma carinha de besta mas eh o maior pegador do ER kkkkkkk, melhor personagem, ainda mais nas tirações de sarro da cara do Benton.

Carter with a guy beast but eh the greatest catcher ER kkkkkkk, best character, especially in tirações fun of the guy from Benton.

Minha primeira série. Fenomenal! Além de contar com excelente elenco, a consultoria médica é perfeita. só não consegui assistir depois da 11a temporada. por conta de um evento marcante.

My first series. Phenomenal! In addition to its excellent cast, medical advice is perfect. just could not watch after the 11th season. due to a major event.
