Kanzaki Shimako is a single 31-year-old OL (office lady) who has worked in the general affairs department of an established firm for nine years. She is capable, trusted by her superiors, has a strong sense of responsibility and hates to lose. Then, her company decides to implement outsourcing and Shimako finds herself named to teach three Chinese employees.
