Focuses on the people who are usually transparent - maids, waiters, security and maintenance people, who usually do not get a second look from the guests, and in this series they are the stars, involved in what is happening, interfering and mingling with events, connected to guests in dramatic, comic, human and surprising situations. The series focuses on what happens on the 14th floor of the hotel, where Etty, the old maid, and Shimi, the new maid who comes to Tel Aviv from a moshav in the south and joins her, work.
