Comedian Dave Coulier stars as the even-keeled host Dave, along with party girl Diz Aster, clueless reporter Angela "Scoop" Quickly, caustic newshawk Hern Burford, and Waldo, the bespectacled mad inventor presenting a number of sketches aimed at kids.
