A nine-part series by Jaroslav Dietl about drinking water and the people around it. Perhaps a bit romantic idea of water managers and their lives was shot for Czechoslovak Television Ostrava by František Mudra. It was necessary to show the audience a strong, principled and hardened man who does not give in to the influx of problems. And even if he loses his family, he keeps getting back on his feet.
