Creator Jay Vargas describes "WRESTLICIOUS TAKEDOWN" as "the MAN SHOW meets HEE-HAW meets female wrestling," with each episode mixing skits, interviews, and wrestling. Unlike previous female-oriented wrestling programs, like GLOW and WOW, this show features many of the best female athletes -- more than one-third of Pro Wrestling Illustrated's 50 Top Female Wrestlers take part in this series, including Daizee Haize as Marley Sebastien.
